I can’t say enough good things about this meal prep service! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything tastes homemade and not bland or overly processed like other services I’ve tried. The variety each week keeps things exciting, and I love that there are healthy options that actually taste amazing. It’s saved me so much time during the week, and staying on track with my nutrition goals has been way easier. Customer service is also top-notch and super responsive and accommodating. If you’re busy but still want to eat clean without sacrificing flavor, I highly recommend giving them a try!

I usually prep my own healthy meals, but during a busy week of home renovations, I did not have the time. So, I reached out to Healthy Habits and ordered meals for the week. They have a great variety, but I went with the BBQ Chicken, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Chicken Burrito Bowl, Chicken Tacos, Teriyaki Chicken and the ground turkey Healthy Habits Pizza. Everything tasted great. My favorite was definitely the Chicken Burrito Bowl.
