It was my first time here and the owner was so friendly and helped us decide what to get. The protein shakes taste like a milkshake! Yet somehow under 300 calories with high protein and low sugar. I’m obsessed! None of the nasty protein flavor like other shakes. It tastes legit like ice cream. The energy bombs are refreshing as well! Highly recommend for the health conscious crowd looking to mix it up! There’s sufficient parking behind the building and the suite is aesthetically pleasing as well!

If you haven't been here, you absolutely must! My fave is the chocolate peanut butter shake, takes place for my ice cream fix.😍 Only 230 calories, 30 grams protein, 13 grams carbs and 8 grams sugar! Hubby gets the peanut butter pie and loves!
