Health Prep Meals

I've tried another Meal prep place in the area and used them for 2 months. (Around 600$) And their food was always subpar and I didn't think much of it since there pre-made. But THIS food is actually pretty damn good! Really wish I started with this company because it's light years ahead of there competition. So far always on time and always tastes like a little love has been on added. You've earned me as a repeating monthly customer. Thanks for the good eats!

Love this place! Even in this muggy weather they delivered my delicious KETO meals and the driver was so nice. Thanks for being so accommodating!

This is my first time ever trying any type of meal preps and I am very happy I went with health prep meals. I called and spoke to a gentleman that gave me all the information I needed and suggested perfectly what I was looking for and they brought me everything the same day! I was so impressed with everything I received also the lunch I just had for my first day out of the month was amazing! The taste and freshness were perfect definitely Tops all the going out to eat due to work so I’m super excited to try everything else definitely worth every penny.

Best meal prep place in the area ! Great price for very delicious and healthy food. Props to the cooks they do a very good job 👍 They use olive oil for cooking and almond flour for some of their healthy desserts. They are doing it right.

Rude service and unorganized welcome. The lady emphasized prices went up due to “inflation” and charged us. She also told me I couldn’t use the restroom, and I’m 8 months pregnant. You can’t imagine how I was feeling on the way to the nearest public restroom. Meal preps are okay, but I recommend the quality of FitGrill instead.
