These people don’t actually help anyone. They lose paperwork, swear you didn’t turn it in, and when it’s past the deadline, tell you you’re screwed. Total & complete incompetence.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! This place is so rude and they lie to you about everything. They don’t do anything they are supposed to do!!! THEY MAKE THE MISTAKES AND THEN YOU ARE THE ONE SCREWED!!!!! Terrible!

This is the unprofessional place I have delt with! I can’t even express into words how completely mind blowing they are! They treat people like nothing! Obviously they don’t care about helping people. This is the second time they lost my information. Ridiculous! You call, they don’t answer… you email.. they don’t respond. I have never in my entire life raised my voice to anyone like I have with them today. They need to get people that want to work there and help people.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is ridiculous they don’t help people when they are in need. I tried getting help because we don’t make enough to pay our rent due to covid and we have a newborn and are getting evicted. They wouldn’t help us, and wouldn’t help with electric either. Then I tried to go in to get a paper printed off for the cdc eviction ban and they refused to help us with that too. They need to shut that office down, tired of my tax dollars going to people who don’t do their jobs.

Why is it every time I talk to these employees they are rude and impatient! Is that a qualification for this job. I'm a working single mother, I do not take advantage of the system and I don't deserve to be treated with disrespect every time I call this place! If I acted like they at my work place, I would no longer have a job. They need to clean out this place, and get some better employees.
