Heads or Tails Cajun Crawfish

I first had Heads Or Tails Crawfish last year when the company I worked for hired them to host a crawfish boil. My family and I are from Louisiana, we know good crawfish, and this is the best I’ve had since moving to Texas 20+ years ago. I saved Dustin‘s contact information because I knew I would need him eventually. Heads Or Tails ended up being the belle of the boil of my brother‘s engagement party. Their set up is seriously the coolest thing you’ll ever see, and adds an extra something to the vibe of your party. Dustin and Tree were so professional, helpful and I could not have had a better experience with them. Everyone LOVED them! Not to mention, the food is absolutely incredible. The best crawfish I’ve ever had. Truly! I asked for a little broil shake and Dusty smiled because the flavor was so amazing and spicy already. Heads to Tails has the most flavored boil and biggest crawfish I’ve had. Dusty had truly raised the bar!

I have been doing business with Heads or Tails for over 5 years. Just terrific tasting every time I have ordered this seafood. So far I have had the boiled crawfish, shrimp, fried fish, jambalaya, and most recently the boiled crabs. Dustin loves what he does and his seafood always has a consistent flavor, never overcooked and easy to peel. Treat yourself this wonderful tasting seafood! I have also bought the live seafood several times as well. Never been disappointed and Dustin sees that you never will.

Every season we wait for Dustin to come to town for crawfish, shrimp, jambalaya, and his special secret sauce!! Perfect amount of spice but still have the best flavor profile! 12/10 recommend and will always be ordering from heads or tails!!!

Have bought 3 weeks in a row. Sized just right —mostly medium as they should be. Had less than a small bowl of dead crawfish out a 33lb live bag. I’ve bought cooked 20 lbs and 3 33+ live bag. Very pleased with the quality of the crawfish. Also their cooked ones had great flavor. Great for both ready to eat or DIY for die hard boilers!
