Headquarters-Ocala Public Library

This library offers special events and this weekend they will have a FOLKFEST starting at 11:00. We are really looking forward to hearing the original music of TOM SCUDIERO. His lyrics are unique and humorous. We are excited to hear his new songs.

This library is behind the times. Definitely feels like the 90s. Usually you can check out games and more up to date books but not here. Great kids section tho and teens area is pretty nice too. I just wish it was more updated like a library from Miami Dade. You can park and use WiFi in some Miami libraries. You can print without needing to pay like hello?!? Why do I need money to print things at the library?!?! Be more like Miami AT LEAST with that! Srsly paying to print is the biggest let down here.

Absolutely beautiful library inside and out. Very spacious and clean. Bookstore inside. Meeting rooms. Every city needs one like this! ❤️❤️❤️

Incredibly clean and tidy, quiet but not eerily quiet. You can tell there are people there, but none disturb you. All of the librarians and individuals working are kind and extremely helpful. I also love having the ability to request certain books that they might not have available. Overall, I love coming here!

I always look forward to visiting and getting advice from staff of books I might enjoy. The Friends of the library always has books shelves filled with donated books for sales at a very very reasonable price.
