He Brews Coffee Shop

I can’t really comment too much. I’ve been one time when I first moved to Il and my coffee was so hot I couldn’t drink it. But traveling to work everyday I keep seeing it and every time I try to go in or hit the drive thru she is never opened. For a coffee shop you’d think it would be 5/6am until maybe 2/3pm at least 5 days a week. I wish the her hours were better I may or may not try stopping by again but we will see

Yes it is quaint. Not everyone loves dogs. Some people are actually afraid of them. And if you serve food having a pooch running around that looks a little unkempt may not be the best idea. The person working there taking the best seat in the house is not very inviting. And running your charger cord past another table to the wall plu is unsafe. Should have probably left the good table for customers and used the table by the outlet. Asking for a ceramic mug and getting it in a to go cup says whatever the customer says is irrelevant. The bathroom door is almost off the hinges and has to be lifted to secure. Lastly the cappuccino was weak and watery. Can't really think of a reason to go back.

Met the nice husband/wife couple who own the place. Enjoyed the coffee. I ordered a grill cheese sandwich. She asked if I wanted garlic and something else I don’t remember. Absolutely best grilled cheese sandwich ever! Was able to sit and relax in a stuffed chair. They have a couple of those and some tables. Nice atmosphere. He Brews has a drive thru also. Their sign says open 7am-4pm M-F 8am-3pm Sat

One of the best iced lattes I’ve had . Not bitter or overly sweet . The tea was great and the grilled cheese was excellent . HIGHLY recommend!

I love coming here. They have great coffee, free Wi-Fi, and are friendly.
