Havana Bistro 555

My coworkers and I ordered from Havana Bistro 555 for the first time today, and we really enjoyed it! The shredded beef was flavorful and tender, and the empanadas and Tostones was crispy and delicious! I just wish they had sweet empanadas, but that's just me. My only suggestion would be to cook the rice just a little longer, but today may have been an off day. We are definitely ordering from here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delightful. I loved everything we ordered and that never happens at Cuban restaurants for me . The only regret I have is not getting a coffee - they looked amazing. Everything is made fresh – so you might have a slight wait. There does seem to be a slight disconnect with all Cuban restaurants as they don’t bring out plates (splitting appetizers or entrees). I found that all Cuban restaurants are not generous with napkins, either. Cute atmosphere and our waitress was sweet.

***EDIT*** I should have also added to my review that the ambience, the vibe, was a dumpster fire. Was the place clean? Absolutely. Was there awesome music playing? Absolutely. We were the only people in the restaurant, the place was completely empty, and we were left to fend for ourselves. We asked for extra plates for our appetizers, which neither came out. Then when the only entree came out of the 3 we ordered we didn’t get any plates to split. No extra napkins, no refills on our drinks, and my toddler didn’t get her meal after reminding the waitress numerous times. We were all eating out of one plate, 3 adults and a toddler, and when we were halfway through our one dish we finally received one extra plate and my kid’s meal. Update : Since the owner is so quick to dismiss and I am not sure why the review date was posted last weekend. Attached picture as well from the post because I didn't take any pictures My apology for not stating the date I guess. Check your camera for Nov 14th friend. I am the pregnant woman, with a male and an older female , sat by the table on the right side. Next to me was another table with a male and a toddler. You have yourself a nice day friend, and may be , may be check on your restaurant at night and at closing time more often. Absolutely not. Who wrote all these 5-star reviews? The service was terrible and painfully slow. The floor was wet, and the restroom was out of order. We sat down at 6:45 PM and didn’t get to order until just before 7:00. Food for one person came out at 7
