Havana Beach Restaurant

I was craving Cuban food and came across this cute, vibrant little restaurant. I ended up sitting outside and dining solo. I happened to be there during their 2 for 1 happy hour. A mojito is listed at $20, so essentially it’s about $10 each during HH. It was decent, nothing special. I ordered the beef empanadas to start and they were surprisingly very good. Juicy, flavorful, and the sauce they came with paired nicely. For my entrée, I went with the lechon asado (roast pork). The pork itself was tender and juicy, but the flavor was a bit on the bland side. It was served with moro rice and a side of yuca, which unfortunately came out a little mushy. We celebrated New Year’s Eve dinner at Havana Beach Restaurant on the iconic Ocean Drive, and it turned out to be the perfect way to ring in 2026. After walking away from another nearby restaurant due to disappointing service, we were delighted by the warm, welcoming hospitality from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our evening special. Although they couldn’t locate our reservation at first, it wasn’t an issue—they had plenty of tables available and even let us pick our favorite spot. We settled in for several hours, savoring the vibrant atmosphere as we waited for the midnight fireworks. The food was outstanding. Amazing choice for breakfast! I highly recommend! My pancakes were so good. Breakfast special has excellent choices for lower price than other places in SOBE. Bryan was amazing

Sheilla was amazing. She was so friendly and had the largest smile. It enhanced our dining experience on this fine Miami street. The roasted half hen was scrumptious. It was very hearty and saucy. Just like I like it. Highly recommends the hen. Thanks god

Right in the heart of South Beach serving authentic Cuban cuisine. The empanadas are unbelievably good, definitely a must get if you go here. After trying several flavors of Mojito, we recommend the Kiwi Mojito! If you eat too much, all it takes is a walk down the beach which is just across the street!
