Hattie’s Chicken was one of the highlights of my trip and hands down the best sweet tea I had during my visit to Tennessee. I love that you can mix and match the spice levels with the tenders so everyone can customize their meal. I’m a big fan of spicy food, and I can honestly say the medium was definitely spicy enough for me (in a good way!). The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, packed with great flavor in every bite. Friendly service made the whole experience even better. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the area!

The fried chicken is great.I think this is best spicy fried chicken in my life. So scrumptious!! Hot it means real hot 🌶️.Next time we will try spiciest 🔥. The long line was out of restaurant. And I waited long time for food.May be they missed our order.One staff see we waiting too long he come and ask for what we ordered then comeback with food 10 minutes later. So we arrived and got food 50 mins later. Luckily I’m not hungry. And we missed 1 waffle 🧇 that we can’t remember. I do recommend coming when you’re not hungry.

Absolutely disgusting dining area. Tea urns that look like they haven't been washed in a week and I'm glad I just got the fried pickles and the banana pudding because both of those simple items were absolute garbage. Not only that but I patiently waited for my simple order of appitizers until I saw for myself the screen had cleared then had to approach to get my order which was handed to me in two sections by a grimy crew. Had I seen BOH before I ate I wouldn't have touched a bite of it. I'm shocked at how bad this place is , including the parking.
