I love this BBQ-And I hate everything. But these folks- wow- their food satisfies! From the succulent ribs to the hearty but tender brisket you can’t go wrong. And don’t miss the homemade hickory BBQ sauce, subtlety spiced with a rich wonderfully smoky flavor it compliments everything.

I have to say it smelled good, that was why I was so disappointed when I tasted it! The ribs were so spicy hot that one bite set my mouth on fire, the pulled meats had no flavor, the baked beans were hard, the coleslaw too sweet, and the cornbread gummy. Family and friends (10 people) agreed.

I Don't EVER leave reviews but special places like Hatchets demand immediate action. This experience just made HJ's an absolute priority for my Saturdays moving forward. Food was 12/10 & Andy & His wife are some of the friendliest & most hospitalic people you will meet A+++ #RUNDONTWALK
