Hatch Early Mood Food

What a wonderful brunch experience! My mom treated me to brunch today after her day surgery, and it was truly a treat from start to finish. This was our first time visiting, and we will absolutely be back. Madison was our server and she was phenomenal—so friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and checked on us often without being intrusive. We started with the Loaded Tumblers, and they were so delicious they could have been a whole meal on their own. The grilled cheese Bloody Mary was amazing and such a fun, unique twist. I also highly recommend the salmon Benedict—it was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Great food, excellent service, and a lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

Whenever I have visitors I love taking them to Hatch. It’s the best brunch and breakfast spot in Stillwater! I love their brown sugar oatmeal, parfait, avocado toast, and any of the Benedict’s. You can’t go wrong with literally anything on the menu. Their coffees are delicious, they have a gorgeous patio sunroom, and service is always fantastic. We’ve had Lauren helping our table a few times, and she’s always so attentive, kind, and gives great recommendations. Highly recommend!

When we travel to Stillwater, we head downtown to Hatch. It has the best food and service in town. There could be a short wait because it is very popular. On our visit today, we were served by Ava F - very attentive and personable - she hit it out of the park. I hope she is serving on my next visit from Fort Worth! -:Doug R:-

. Sat at the bar for my birthday I'm having an incredible experience. Emma made me an off the menu of cocktail that was fantastic. The rest of the ladies were very attentive and the food was fantastic as always. Shout out to Adam for being a great host.

This was my first visit, and it was even better than I expected! The host was super friendly and genuine. I love the atmosphere and the food here. The hash browns were a bit overcooked, but everything else was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for brunch — they offer both savory and sweet options, perfect for any gathering or reunion.
