Harvard Health Publications

I have emailed many times to cancel subscription, but they won't do it. There is no way to cancel it online either.

I just ordered a couple of Health publications from Harvard, the first time I’ve ordered from them. It will probably be my last. They ship the orders to a completely incorrect address and when I contacted customer service I got an automated email saying they would get back to me in a day or so. I have never heard from them. I have now sent several subsequent emails to customer service and always get back the same automated reply telling me that they will get back in touch with me in one or two days but I never hear back from them Customer Service is a complete misnomer with these people. You would think coming out of Harvard these would be top-of-the-line but then, as we’ve heard in the news very recently Harvard isn’t what we all think it is In terms of being tops. No customer support, so buying offers not possible (does not inspire confidence). My credit cards are all declined (probably country exclusion). Too bad, because the newsletters sound exciting. I will unsubscribe again.

Unbelievable. This outfit has THE WORST customer service I've encountered recently. They are completely non-responsive via email, and there is NO phone number listed. At this point, if they charge my card again I'll just put the charges in dispute with my bank. Avoid dealing with Harvard Health at all costs. They are infuriating to work with.

Shameful that the wealthiest school in the country charging citizens for every tidbit of critical health related knowledge. Disgraceful imho and rife with hypocrisy
