Harris County Public Health Humble WIC

Very slow my appointment was at 10:40 am … it is currently 12:09 pm why ??? We did intake , height and weight now we are waiting on nutritionist …. The office located in new Caney is way faster and efficient .. I only came here because they had an appointment before new Caney did, but I should’ve just waited on the new Caney location .. I got my kids out of bed and I’m thinking this was gonna be quick. It was breakfast when we left and it’s already lunchtime. I’m thinking about rescheduling my appointment or just cancel this appointment altogether after 12:40 hits because there is no way … There isn’t anyone in intake now the rooms are empty but the lobby is full .. I believe intake 3-4 is just not in use at all they need to hire workers

Every visit to this Wic in Humble is a good experience. The team always treats us very kindly. Ms. Susy is very nice, always very empathetic, and always looks for options that fit my children's diets. Thank you for your service and kindness in difficult times.

Counselor in the corner room Mom shamed me for handing my child my phone to watch ms rachel after waiting for three hours FOR HER. She kept rolling her eyes too. Rude as hell. Swapped to the cleveland location. Much quicker appointment. 30 minutes in and out.

Very very poor Communication with front desk ladies. What's the point of having a "SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT" if you don't be seen until 1pm when clearly you were checked in at your appointment time at 9am!! Arrived and was directed to the back for the labs office for my daughters "height and weight" measurements, which was done quickly and efficiently. The nice lady who helped us had asked us to wait up front in the waiting area for our card to be updated by the nutritionist, which was also the last step to do! mind you this was all done before 10am. So tell me why it took me 11am to go up and recheck with front desk staff simply asked the lady in red scrubs who wears glasses about "what we were still waiting on?" and she asked where we came from i had told her about us coming from the lab an

My appointment literally takes hours to get seen and out. What's the point of an appointment. This office is very slow, if you can avoid this location I would say do so. Absolutely ridiculous how slow and rude they are here especially the front desk ladies.
