Harper's Waterfront Restaurant

We had a very disappointing happy hour at Harper’s this evening. We went on a Sunday for happy hour all day. We had several appetizers - fried green tomatoes with crab imperial, tuna tower, wings, and steamed shrimp. The fried green tomatoes were so tasteless we requested they be removed from our check. The tuna tower was visually appealing but also tasteless and the wings were dry. The drinks and water view were the most notable, however we will not be returning.

Ordered the muscles in a white wine garlic sauce but it came out in a red sauce. It was good enough but the order should match the menu description. The stuffed flounder and the short ribs were very good. Drinks were ok, nice atmosphere.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. The special was flounder and king crab. The ahi bowl was excellent and the desert was divine. We really enjoyed our time celebrating a birthday and definitely will be back in the summer! Update July 2023: plenty of space on the dock to park if you’re visiting by boat. Crab dip and and burger did not disappoint. The bar has an inside and outside seating area. Espresso martini 🍸 was not the best I’ve had but at least it wasn’t too sweet

First time visit. Plenty of parking. The entrance is around the side of the building. Great atmosphere despite being a little noisy. The staff are friendly and attentive. The waiter was great and food came out pretty quick. The prime rib in The Dip was superb. The shrimp tacos were authentuc and on point. The crab cake sandwich looked awesome. Will have to try that next time. The prices are on par with the quality of food. I would definitely try it again.

The food was great. They accommodated us as a large group easily, which was great! I woukd say the only thing was that it is fairly loud in there. So, it wasnt that easy to hear everyone. Which seems like that is the building fault for the acoustics. Food amd service was stellar and it looks very nice in there!
