Harper's Grill

Stopped here to grab a quick bite for lunch when in Belvidere, and this place did not disappoint. My wife and I had the BLT with coleslaw and pickles. I must say that Coleslaw was so good, and the BLT and pickles were fresh. It's a small, cute place to stop and grab a bite. They do offer take out, so call place and order and pick it up to enjoy at home. Everyone here was friendly, and the service was good. I love the fact that you can watch as they cook your food. Always a plus.

Amazing! Such a big impact from a small place! I was lucky enough to give this place a try on my last day in town after a multiple day visit with family members from TX. This was by far the best service, food and value we experienced when compared to numerous restaurants in the area. Others should not miss an opportunity to experience the friendly environment and amazing food!

What an absolute gem! Stopped by for a quick brunch after getting our Christmas tree and we’re so glad we discovered Harper’s grill! It will be our go to from now on when we’re in the area. The nicest staff, great service, and homey atmosphere. My husband jokes that I’ll be talking about their shrimp chowder for years— it was that good.

My wife and I had breakfast with our grandson at Harper’s Restaurant while visiting him in Belvidere. It was a great experience... The food came out hot, fresh, and in generous portions. Even though the place was packed, the service was quick and we didn’t have to wait long. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and enjoyed eating outside. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. We’ll definitely stop by again next time we’re in town!
