Harmony is truly a dining experience in every sense of the word. We were warmly welcomed by Mara and Chef Jevgenija Saromova in their wine cellar before dinner, where we enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine to begin the evening — an intimate and memorable touch that immediately set the tone. This seven-course experience was something I had never had the pleasure of doing before, and it exceeded every expectation.
