The ice cream was delicious and didn't melt for a while. And the owner is super friendly. She was great with my autistic brother when he wanted to tell her about a bunch of animals in Australia for twenty minutes that he'd researched recently. It's a very friendly shop with tons of flavor options.
It's so delicious it just melts on your tongue. I 100% recommend it. I give Harleys scoops a 5 🌟 review. RIP Harley
