Harkins Theatres Estrella Falls

This theater is one of the best theaters I think I've ever been too, the staff is not only friendly but are good to conversate with too. The foods pretty good and this theater is open for requests. I think all harkins theaters are open to requests but when I asked this theater about playing the lotr trilogy they played it after a few weeks it was cool. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean! Very attentive and wonderful staff! Reclining seats and comfortable adjustments. Delicious food options. A WHOLE PIZZA! you can’t get that where I’m from 👍. Beautiful outside. Makes me really feel welcome.

The theater is fine. Seats are reclining. I would say I love the app, but even though you may have the app and buy regularly I can't say that having the app does anything except allow you to purchase on line. You are still charged to much for a service fee with each ticket purchase, which I think is outrageous. That said we really do not have any other theater anywhere around us. We just moved here from Texas I prefer Cinemark club instead they give real incentives for joining the club. 20% of concessions as well as 1 free movie ticket each month with membership and even with membership it is cheaper than Harkins. But what xan you do, we enjoy movies as a family especially during holidays.

Absolutely loved this cinema. The seats were so comfortable, and the movie was great. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Can't wait to come back and catch another film 🎥👍

I purchased tickets online and didnt notice I scheduled it for a different date. I called to have it modified to the correct day or anything I can possibly do to have the issue corrected. The manager was automatically rude and offered no options. She was condescending and basically stated there's nothing she can do but ask me to purchase them all over again. For purchasing multiple full-priced tickets without discounts, I found this very upsetting. I wasn't looking for a free entry. I payed and called when I noticed the issue. It takes one bad employee to leave a bad taste from an establishment. For being a manager, she had the ability to help, but chose to be petty instead. The female manager over the weekend is definitely not worthy of a happy experience for kids. Won't return.
