No wonder the reviews are so terrible. As a first-time customer and new to the area, I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. While taking my payment for a thirty-dollar order, the employee held my drink in her hand. As I extended my card, I opened my hand to receive the drink, but she refused, saying with a dirty look, “I have to take your payment first—people steal it and drive off.” This was an insulting insinuation that I would steal, followed by her rudely snatching my card out of my hand. When I addressed her comment and explained that assuming negative behaviors onto others is rude, I simply asked for a refund. She then snapped, “And I’ll take the drink back,” and escalated matters by making a false claim of being assaulted after a splash of liquid from the li

I don't know who's idea it was to make the heart shape biscuits. Although cute, they're not working. I got 3 and everyone fell apart. The biscuits are too small whne you cut them and they fall apart. Please only sell them to thoae who ask for the valentine shape. I feel my money was wasted.

Worst Drive- tru I’ve EVER been too! Not the first time happening here! Horrible location!! Left with no food and a line of mad people. A young lady who was considered the “ manager “ does not deserve the title. You work to make things better, not inflame the issue by telling me to get the hell out of her store. So unprofessional! She’s costing you money!

Worst meal I’ve ever had. Do you ever change the grease you cook the chicken in? This place ain’t gunna last much longer. Buh bye.(If you really care about our opinions you should cut and paste this yourself to the address you tell everyone to send it to. Or maybe just fix the problems.)

We went thru the drive-thru at the one located in Fountain Inn, SC & it was terrible. The sandwiches were cold, the bread was hard, & we only received one of our drinks. I ordered the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. I I would not recommend going to this one.
