Hardee's

We were greeted when we arrived. The cashier was very nice. My receipt says Kathryn M and closed by Rachel B. We told her we are traveling from Nashville, Tennessee to Mobile, Al and we always stop at a Hardee’s. There was a sandwich we enjoyed many years ago and it’s no longer on the menu. She helped us recreate it. It was so delicious and freshly made. Thank you for making our morning bright. Hardee’s is our go to place. We will be back.

I went through the drive thru at lunch today. The lady at the window was so friendly and upbeat. When I picked up my food at the window she seemed to truly be happy to be there. The receipt said her name is Cheyenne. It was so refreshing to see an employee who had a really good attitude. That is so rare these days.

Stopped by here for breakfast on a trip. I haven't had Hardee's in a long time. The food was great & made to order. The staff were nice and polite. The lobby was decent. There are plenty of tables and booths to choose from. With this location, the bathroom definitely needed some attention. Other than that, give the menu a try.

This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had and I am 47 years old. That’s a lot of fast food service. These people did not speak to me at all (NONE)at the window after taking my order, they had nothing else to say 🤷🏼the food was freezing cold dried out. I told hardee’s no onions had onions of course. The girl at the window was rudely quiet no smile nothing. that was the last time I will ever stop at any Hardee’s. if anyone wants a frozen double cheeseburger, I’ll ship it to you.

2/21/26@9am sit in drive through for 45 minutes waiting on our order, finally just left and went elsewhere. Won't go back to this location anytime soon. Totally RIDICULOUS
