Hardee's

The lady taking drive-thru orders talks fast and over customers. She is condescending with her attitude. She cared more about asking numerous times if I’d like to donate then about actually getting my order correct. This is not the first time this has happened with this employee. The gentleman in the drive-through doesn’t even say anything to you not a hello thank you have a good day. Nothing just jammed my four burgers, two fries and a chicken sandwich all into one tiny bag. This location is just so disappointing.

They have better tacos than Taco Bell but they are pretty pricey. Update: got tacos today and they were extremely skimpy and stale. I'm not sure what happened but I no longer think they are great! Especially not for $13 for 4.

Went through the drive thru, wanting chicken strips and shake. I ordered a 3 piece combo with honey mustard. I ALWAYS say please and thank you. Even when the order taker sounds irritated. I get around to the window, and I hand Melissa 2-$5s and 3 dimes 3 pennies, simply needed $2 returned. Melissa seemed bothered. I paid with cash. She hands me a shake. I tell her thank you. She slams the window shut. I noticed the vanilla shake was slightly thicker than milk, yes, very much, not a vanilla shake. I took a sip, and it tasted like slightly cool milk. Pop open the window and sour puss Melissa all but throw out my bag of so-called food. I told her thank you before I could finish. Have a good day, Melissa had slammed the window shut. I literally avoid giving bad reviews. If you have a customer bring a chicken sandwich back, they show it to you, it is terrible, don’t act like you don’t care. I told this manager that this was not a $6 chicken sandwich. He acted like I was a problem and said he doesn’t make the prices. I literally live 4 min away and come here for breakfast often. This was 10/12/24 and I’m highly disappointed that you would let this happen the way it did.

Sometimes fries are not freshly hot but when they are I’d give them five stars!
