Hardee's

Nice clean fast food place, looks fairly new outside and in. Only saw 2 people working and ordering took a bit by someone not really skilled in the art of customer service. Looked like a manager but didn’t smile and was short on brief interaction. Frisco burger was good and well cooked. Had a good taste and bread was perfectly toasted. Fries were overcooked and not good. Ate a couple I could pick out, threw away the rest. Barely can stand being inside building as there is no AC running, which is surprising considering it seems like a newer building. May be the root issue with staffing. I hope it gets better but for now drive thru is probably a better choice and inspection of fries is recommended.

This is for 2nd shift. I never go during day time...lol. Since Kendall took over months ago & got rid of the employees who were destroying the reputation of this establishment--this restaurant is phenomenal! Always fast, fresh, & friendly. Please give this location another chance. I spent months complaining to & about previous management. Getting an order after 8pm had become impossible due to lazy incompetent employees. Not anymore!! Aiden(sp?) has done an excellent job as Asst. Manager on nights & we are soooo glad to have a Hardees close to us that we can finally frequent AND a staff that actually cares to prepare our orders AT ALL & always correctly! I genuinely can't say enough good things about this location. They rock!! Staff: I'm the Mushroom & Swiss with extra sauce chick.😉🤣

First and foremost, on my visit the morning of Saturday 11/29/2025 the food was very good. Hot, steak biscuit and bacon/egg/cheese biscut both had great taste, crispy potato rounds. Now that bad: Your restaurant was freezing cold inside (outside temperature was in the upper 20s). The HVAC system was on but it was blowing cold air. It was so cold I gave up and went outside to finish my food in my car with the heater running. Also the HVAC is too strong it was blowing items off the tables. Really awful environment to sit and eat, please fix the HVAC issue! Last thing was the service was very slow. It was obvious the staff wants to focus only on their drive-thru and DoorDash customers and not the walk-in customers at the front counter. They were very polite just where were they?

Stopped in an hour before closing of the dining room. Although the worker was mopping floor and seemed tired (a long day?😉?), she immediately stopped and took my order. Within 5 minutes I had FRESH HOT 🔥 curly fries and a burger 🍔 as only Hardees can make them! A very satisfied customer, will return to this location, and NICE JOB LADIES!!!

No AC in building. Sandwich is worst seen for price. This is a $6 dollar sandwich. Times 2 we got. Hardest is one of the most highest priced fast food around and they really need to do better. To many choices.
