Worst Hardee's experience ever! I don't know if we have new management or something, but this place is going absolutely DOWNHILL! We got this bag deal and... what an experience. First of all, we had to pull up and wait for fries that were STILL lukewarm. There were also burnt bits at the bottom that were absolutely disgusting. Then, there was the burger. Probably one of the worst ones I've had. Onions and pickles were overpowering the burger, and the cheese WASN'T EVEN MELTED! As Gordon Ramsay would say, "IT'S RAW," and also, the burger was absolutely cold. Finally, a spicy chicken wrap—if you could even call it that. It was more like a taco. Hadn't had Hardees in a long time as they're not in my state. Curly fries, mushroom swiss burger, and ham and swiss sandwich. Hot and fresh, brought to my table, and just good food. Perfect after a long day's travel.

Edit: i really wish my experience was different! Today 2/5/24- orderd a 5 peice once again, this is more of a factory quality controll problem- however they would have felt the same way if they ordered and got what they gave! Old review- Order a 5 piece tender get 4 that they must have tossed back in the Fryer. So greasy Always ask for fresh! Wait the 8min!
