Hardee's

very unpleasant experience. employees are rude. i ordered a cheeseburger got home and opened it and it had two bottom buns with a side of hair. i went back and asked for a refund. macrissa for whatever reason asked for the drink back as if she was doing it to be funny bcuz she turned around and poured it out with a smirk. the manager didn’t even apologize just handed my card and receipt back like it wasn’t no big deal. place needs to be shut down immediately

Today I visited my local Hardees and was faced with such disappointment. Typically I would let this go but today I’m making an exception. I entered a very empty restaurant. Meaning no customers and no hospitality either. The restaurant was so empty that two of the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones. Another employee walked in as I was walking in. I went to the bathroom which I think should have given them ample time to prepare for a customer. I went to the counter and I was left standing there for more than a minute to place my order. That’s not really when I have issue. My issue is that none of the employees acknowledged that I was standing there. A simple “someone will be with you shortly” would have been just fine. I will drive to Pembroke Hardee’s before I waste my time and money at this location. The customer service alone is absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job so much that you have an attitude when helping customers find another job. I had to order my food three times get to the window no greeting and when I got my food I was handed a bag and not a word was said. They really need to teach these employees how to have basic customer service etiquette

Was very very disappointed this has happened to my family a few times at that Hardees. We spent over 50 bucks on our order got 2 Monster bacon on sourdough bread and they didn't even bother to toast our bread they way they are suppose to do that's alot of money to spend at a fat food place food half completed food. Makes no sense to me and everytime we go threw drive thru they always make us pull forward and we set there 10 mins waiting on them to bring our order out and the reason for it cause they always have to cook the fries like it's fast food why don't they keep fries done and what's the purpose of going threw drive threw and getting pulled up to wait on food just to get there drive thru time down that makes no sense cause that's basically them lying to corporate about there drive th

I wanted to stop and give a big shout out to Hardee's in Red Springs. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service was fast and my food was hot and fresh. Its always my pleasure to stop in when I'm in that neck of the woods.
