Hardee's

What can you say about Hardees that most don't already know? Its the east coast Carl's Jr's. Well this one in Pikeville is not top notch. Food is not great, service is the same. Bathrooms....stay away. Got to use them...DONT! Milkshakes are 6/10. So there is that I guess.

This Hardee's sucks. Took a half hour to go through the drive through, and then my super bacon biscuit was garbage. The bacon was tiny as hell and it wasn't even cooked. If I wasn't traveling I would have returned it and gotten my money back.

I eat breakfast here 6 days a week. Today I decided to go in and eat. After standing there for 20 minutes and not being waited on myself and two other people left as they continued to take orders through the drive thru but not wait on us. The gentleman working in the drive thru at least acknowledged us he's always super polite.

We stopped for breakfast and went through the drive through. The wait was pretty typical but they did leave out some of out food so we did have to go back and get it. It was cold as if they just left it on the counter when we left. It would've been nice to have warm food.

Waited literally 35min for a double cheeseburger bacon combo & mushroom Swiss combo. Received a bacon egg sandwich & hash browns instead. Returned it & got a cold cheeseburger. It was 11:20am on a Wednesday & they all including the grumpy manager didn’t seem to know what they were doing. When asking after 25 min if my food would be done soon I got “go sit in the seats, i’ll bring it to you” from the manager-she didn’t, they yelled out my order & I went for it. Got 1 sorry for your wait from a girl who didn’t even wait on me. Never going back there.
