Drive thur was awesome fast great hospitality food was hot.

Really hate to leave bad reviews, but it is absolutely necessary for this location. When they first opened things were awesome: the store was always clean and the food was quality with great service. I’m not sure how things went so wrong so fast. At least half the time my order will be incorrect, they will make it right but be prepared to wait. Now, everything is absolutely filthy. I’m not exaggerating: food all over the floor, flavored red syrup all over the place where they prepare either desert or milkshakes, glass around the heat lamps where the food comes from the grill to the counter is so smudged you ca barely see through it, the baseboards don’t look like they had been cleaned since the store first opened. I went to this location because it recently opened. I was going to go through the drive threw but half of the menu was out, so I decided to go in side. Inside I waited patiently for one other customer to finish placing his order. I ordered a dbl grilled cheese burger combo and a dbl cheese burger. Positive since my order was the only one on the board it got ready quickly. Since I had to remind them I did not recieve my drink yet, I proceeded to check my order then the lady who got me my drink and handed me my order says your good I trust them. Well it's on me for trusting them. Got home and I was excited to try the dbl grilled cheese burger out just to find two dbl cheeseburgers. I called them and the lady took my name and promised me the next time I come in they will make me one. I apprec

2 biscuits and a drink over 12 dollars and sat in drive thru line for over 10 mins and service was rude. Don't come here apparently the employees couldn't care less

So I came in here today after school with me and my two boys my order was small hat ham and cheese a single piece of chicken 5 piece tender meal and a biggie bag the customer service was great today Y'all come see them the food was Hot correct right off the grill right out of the fryer I told him this is the best it's been for me since they opened and that I will be back
