Hardee's

I thought it would be a good idea to grab a mushroom Swiss burger after I got gas at the truck stop but OMG that was the worst idea ever! My patty is so hard & dried out the outside of the patty is changing colors! The service was fast but geezz please throw these nasty burgers out before y'all get someone sick! I'd rather wait a few minutes on freshness instead of being quick and grabbing something y'all cooked this morning! Im the last one to complain about customer service because I get it. But there is absolutely no reason to be hateful and just not caring enough to actually get the order correct. Rushing me through my order and telling me to just go inside is not okay, and then proceeded to just drop my bag on the counter while I was reaching to grab it. Please remember your customers are also just trying to get through the day.

Went inside after a long day of driving only to get ignored by the staff. I said hello to get recognized however they just walked in the back and was laughing for some apparent reason, so instead of wasting more time I decided to leave. Guess us truck drivers dont need to eat. Very disappointing

Do not go here unless you have too. Better food and service at the truck stop next door. For real! Service is terrible. Always out of something, tea, coke, etc. Whoever manages this location should move on. Always a long wait. Nobody is nice here. They don’t care, including manager. I mean, does anybody care enough to read reviews here? The answer is no. So don’t expect improvement when they don’t listen to customers. It’s a shame! Don’t go here. Sorry Hardee’s I understand why most locations are closing.

They got my order wrong. I took it back with a smile on my face only to be condescended to by the young female employee. She never bothered to apologize for the mix up or crack a smile. Don’t go here unless you have to.
