The cashier, Jaydon, was very outstanding and polite. I would highly suggest that if you’re hungry and want a smiling face and clean environment to have your food, then Hardee’s is the place for you!! GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN!!

I ordered a low carb angus bacon double in the drive thru. When i got home it was a single, I checked receipt and yes I was charged for a double. I tried calling the number on the receipt and from google and could not reach a person or voicemail. The burger was good although not what I paid for. I understand mistakes happen. Answer the phone though!

I absolutely love this Hardee's. I have always had exceptional service there. The employees are knowledgeable and polite. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Austin Gibson deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service skills. He runs his store like a professional. So if you're in Newport and get hungry, stop by and give Austin a shout out.

Great food and great person that works up front his name was jaydon he maid my day and maid me laugh and maid sure my food was out quickly highly recommend this place to anyone that's in Newport great people and great food thank you guys for working hard to make us customers happy and full.
