Hardee's

This store is a train wreck. The staff is incompetent. They will take forever and day to make your online order because it's online. I literally heard employees saying to work on drive through orders, when my order was supposed to be ready 10 mins ago. They said they were already working on it. They weren't they started doing so in front of me after 10 mins of already waiting. This location is an absolute embarrassment. The owner should be embarrassed. The company should be embarrassed. Everyone should be written up. Lying to customers. Intentionally not fulfilling orders. Seriously?? What in the actual hell. I hope you get shut down with service like this.

No urgency whatsoever at the drive thru - and it’s 11 am. Well past breakfast time. Usually when I come to any drive thru they meet you when you arrive at the window. No acknowledgment whatsoever until what felt like waiting for 10 minutes for them to take my payment. All I wanted was cinnamon raisin biscuits! My favorite guilty pleasure. At least those were delicious, as remembered.

Neenah location they are always professional and treat me really good. The only place I get a roast beef sandwich from because its always fresh and hot!

This is why I've been going to Arby's instead!! 1st I asked if there were any roast beef deals going on, the drive thru lady said yeah. Regular small roast beef meal for $5.99. I said OK and got that. I was charged $6.39 before taxes. So that was a lie!! Then i opened my sandwich... and all you see is bread!! Where's the meat! I look under the bun to find the smallest little bump of smooshed plain flavorless sad excuse for roast beef!! And to top it off, the bun was soggy, and the curly fries were cold and nasty overcooked end pieces! What a disgrace! I will not settle for Hardee's ever again. They have gone down the toilet and their staff are not pleasant!

Tammy and Ron were the only ones working today and they did a wonderful job. They need a HUGE raise!!
