Hardee's

Sevice was slow... they had to make an additional biscuit for us.. we ordered three only had two available... they put our two biscuits on the tray with our hash rounds. Then they left the tray on the counter 5 minutes while cooking more eggs... cold hash round are not good at all.. threw them away... wasted money on what is already over priced. they were too slow to bother getting more. Disappointing visit.

I gave this Hardee's a five star because the manager deserves it. We were visiting the area and went inside to find the manager working by her self that morning. She took orders from in side and drive thru, made most of the orders on the prep line then bagged them in a timely manner. She kept her cool when it was busy and some people being people. I think she deserves a raise and hire more staff. She was very friendly under pressure as she was dealing with it. Food was awesome as Hardee's should be. I wish I would have gotten her name. I hope she gets help soon if that's typical or we just happen to visit that location on a bad day, but she made it good.

On 1-18-25 I was traveling up 81 and I stopped at the Burger King in mount Jackson. But as I parked and looked up I seen Hardee’s just up the road so I said to myself I haven’t eaten Hardee’s in over 20 years so why not. WELL. I went to the Hardee’s and when I walked in holy hell. I seen stuff all over the floor. Old food, dirt, napkins. So I went up and ordered and well that was debacle it took 20 minutes for me to get my food, and when I got it was cold. So I got my food and went to sit down and every table had stuff on it. I said I don’t work here but let me go get a damp napkin and wipe it off. So I got sat down and was eating my sandwich and k just kept noticing stuff everywhere I mean this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. I’m not sure they even own a broom. Plenty of emp

Friday 1/2/26 came in for breakfast on a very rare day off. The restaurant was obviously understaffed, i could only see 2 employees, there may have been others, but the 2 i could see were amazing. These ladies need to be recognized and rewarded. Great job. Great breakfast.

We were traveling through and decided to have an early lunch at this Hardee's, during the week in July, 2023. There were not many people inside when we were there, although it got real busy before we finished and departed. I commented to our cashier how quiet it was inside. The women at the register told us how they had been slammed all morning and how it was nice to slow down just a bit for a break. We ordered a couple of Mushroom Swiss burgers, one as a meal, and one extra. We would share the fries and drink. We didn't want to eat too much, while traveling. The food came out quite quickly (which isn't what happens at most supposed fast food places anymore) and we sat to eat. The food was good and without a doubt, also better than most fast food burger places we have been to anymore. It
