Hardee's

I went to the Hardee's in Mt Carmel for breakfast at about 4:45 this morning. As I have a hearing impairment, I went inside as I usually do which is easier for me than using the drive through with the speaker on the side of my bad ear. I ordered a Homestyle Loaded Burrito for myself and a Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit for my wife for take out. The service was fast and friendly as always. It was my first time to try the loaded burrito and it was excellent and more than I was able to eat. It was extremely filling. I appreciate this store so very much both for the fact that it's open at 4:30 each morning as well as it's location which is very convenient to me. I will continue using it as long as it maintains the quality and service I'm used to!

We had an online order a little over a week ago and we were short a few pieces of chicken tenders, so I called the Mount Carmel, TN store and I asked for the manager. The manager, Preston Williams came on the phone and I explained that we were short a few pieces of the chicken and he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would like to make it right and said that he would like to give me free of charge more chicken and I said thank you that would be great. We went back last night and he was there and I told him who I was and he was very nice and said he would make us our chicken. Well we were eating our food that we had ordered and he brings us our fresh made chicken and again apologized and asked if everything was okay, it was great. The people at this Hardee'

The food is always great and Hannah Davis is the nicest employee I have met. She goes above and beyond to make your order great. Great customer service.

Very nice staff. Delicous food. Ordered one of the new bacon beast king biscuits, and it just looked like a regular bacon,egg&cheese... it only had 2 whole pieces of bacon, broken into 4 small pieces. Compared to their advertisement, it was flat...but otherwise they have great food

Ordered 2 Frisco burgers and told I would have to wait for meat to be cooked which was fine. I paid, the manager came to tell me that my bread was going to be plain without butter or being grilled. I was not happy about it and she said there was nothing she could do because they already broke down the equipment. I asked if she would give me a fry to make up for it but she said no and was very rude about it. I thought I was being reasonable considering. This is a terrible way to do business. Manager could care less about customer satisfaction or service.
