Hardee's

It is nice to have a restaurant located so close to the highway. Consistent menu choices as with other Hardee's locations. I had a hard time hearing the employee who waited on me, and the drink and condiment area was in poor array with missing items and trash on counters. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars 🌟

It's what I got for a small combo. The cashier stomped desperately because more cars were arriving by drive thru. Terrible customer service. Now understand why looking for smiles faces to work there. The guy in the kitchen made my burger very good except for the fries that I didn't get.

Typical chain fast food. Service is usually fairly fast here, clean restrooms and dining area.

We stop there almost every time we go to see our family, we have never had a bad experience there before, until this time. There was a home basketball game and it is hunting season, so obviously there was a need for multiple workers. There was probably 15 people in front of us when we ordered, so we were waiting quite a while, which at first was understandable. But when the people that ordered several minutes after us got their food, and we were still waiting 40 minutes after ordering I went to the counter where the waitress was understandably stressed but very rude, telling me it wasn't her fault and they didn't have enough workers. If it wasn't for the fact I had already paid, we would have walked out long before this. I waited another 10 minutes until the waitress waved us up to ask us

I would give them a -4 star, if I could. We were passing through at lunchtime thinking this would be a great place to stop. The restaurant was very clean, but this didn’t warrant the bad service and cold food. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. We asked a waitress when it would be coming out. She walked over to the food warmer and pulled it out, it had been sitting there the whole time we were waiting!!! It was cold, subpar, & unsatisfactory!! Our food was so grim it should’ve been remade! We also noticed that a majority of locals seemed to know that staff and we served shortly after sitting down. We felt as if we were not the important customers. We will not be returning to this establishment until a new franchise owner takes over. Frank Hardee what were you / your team of profession
