Hardee's

I remembered when Hardee's used to be Everywhere in Iowa, but they are now almost Extinct. When I was looking to find a Good quick bite to eat in Manchester, Iowa, this was the Best rated Hardee's left in Eastern Iowa. This Hardee's did Not disappoint at all.

I was in town overnight so I ate here for dinner and breakfast. I had the hot ham sandwich with fries and a strawberry shake for dinner which was recommended by one of the employees. Thin sliced hame served hot with cheese. It was as good as I was told the fries were fresh and the shake was thick and smooth. For breakfast the next day I had chicken biscuit with burger fixings (Tomato onion lettuce pickles) it was juicy and tender almost like homemade. The tots were good also. I am now a fan of hardees.

Have been to this location may times and never had an issue until today. A women by the name Kassandra at the register was very rude when taking my order and clapped at me. Food was not fresh, cold , and order was wrong. Before leaving over heard the same lady say a man ordering through the drive through sounded “retarded”.

Well, I ordered the Loaded Omelet Biscuit. With just a few specs of meat in paper thin omelet, please delete the word Loaded. The only thing it was loaded with was sadness. It cost nearly $5. It's not what it used to be. The biscuit was pretty small too. I'll give the lady at the window 5 stars, but I will not be back.

Food was great and so was customer service. Very welcoming and friendly. Brought the food to our table and made sure we had everything we needed.
