Hardee's

The lady at the counter was nice. She was actually trying to shut down her drawer to leave. After standing there for 5 mins and her telling the restaurant there was two on front line, She took our order on her co-worker registry, because the co-worker was still in the back. Found that out when the manager (I assume) walked around the corner. The manager just stood there with her hands in her pockets not offer to help anyone. Then turned around and walked back into the back. Did hear her say not to use the air fryer, it was broken. There was no tea in either cansters and the drink area was a total mess. The whole lobby was dirty! Was not comfortable eating inside. The bathroom although not totally clean was cleaner then the front lobby. Trying to find a clean table was difficult. Did I men

I got a chicken cheese biscuit this morning and it was completely fresh like it was just cooked and my cheese was completely melted. It only took then close to 2 minutes to get me my food in drive thru. The cashier was so nice and bubbly. I did have to go inside to use the restroom and it was just kinda cold in the building but other than that everything was great.

So mad at this place. But went there with my buddy in the drive through. The girl kept giving us attitude. I told her I wanted a mushroom swiss, vanilla ice cream cone and a root beer. The girl repeated what I said and hen charged me for a combo and a large milkshake. Terrible. The iikkshake wasn't even like a milkshake it was more of a melted icecream with milk in it.

My husband and I live in Alabama, but we try to get to this particular Hardee's because to be completely honest, they have THE best burgers anywhere... including any restaurants....the girls out front are so sweet and always helpful. Professional and quick. But the young guy in back who made our burgers tonight was... insanely delicious. Not only was it delicious, the presentation was holy good grief fantastic. I don't remember any time I've opened a fast food wrapper and saw a burger as pretty as the ones we got tonight. Now, they've impressed us each time we've been.... and they are consistently a good looking sandwich. But even my picture doesn't do it justice. Placed order Sunday a little before 9, Got there right after 9 and they were closed. Hardee's website, and google both said they close at 10. Tried the contact us option, and never heard anything back. Ended up calling the store directly 3 times, after being hung up on the first 2, it was finally answered. Was told the only thing they could do was to make the food. I went inside and showed them the exact order from my phone, 20 minutes later I got the food. Left and had to make a quick stop, Decided to check the food. Was given the wrong burger. Made it back maybe 10 minutes after leaving, explained what happened at the drive thru, was told to come back inside. Where I had to stand and wait another half hour while the rest of our food got cold. At least 1 of the burgers was still warm when
