Great experience. Had trouble ordering on the app. Usually in situations like this staff at any place will turn you away. That was not the case for this location. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.

We use to go there every Sunday but it should not take 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger. I know it is not easy to get good help and even the employees that have been there a while just can’t seem to get it all together. We would get there around 11:30 and they might have biscuits and they may be out. Just no excuse for these issues.

Employees are rude to Door Dashers. Recently one morning before 9 am, I waited for 11 minutes for my customers order and when I asked if there was a problem I was told "no we just take care of everyone in the lobby first" The lobby had 15 to 20 people. Of course my customer gave me a low rating because it took so long to get her order. We are all just trying to earn a living. The job's hard enough without having to deal with poor customer service from restaurants and stores.

I called to give an opportunity to make this right but got no response after leaving a message. We got an email offer BOGO SUPER Biscuits. I ordered 2 Super Bacon biscuits thru the app. We go thru the drive thru because we are in a hurry. I had a few minutes before my appointment to eat. These were the WORST biscuits! The email shows fluffy folded scrambled egg. I got nasty plastic supposed egg. A very SMALL amount of bacon and cheese smeared all over the paper. Worst EVER!

This is apparently a 9$ meal. This wet bread, fake eggs, and 3 limp pieces of bacon cost 9$. Thats more than a personal pizza at papa Johns. It's disturbing. Absolute hogwash.
