Hardee's

Would you eat this. After driving 20 min to get food to only return home to find this junk. After requesting to send pics to this location I had to drive 20 more min to take this crap back. Upon arrival I was told they had overcooked the food and therefore they were sending this crap out to loyal customer's. In other words they knew that this was going on. So….a pic is worth a thousand words. I have been running a business for 33 years. What found her is the staff will lie and are proud of it. Nasty food from shamming nasty people.

I decided to go to Hardee’s this morning for breakfast since I had to drive to Laurinburg to go to the bank. I ordered a sausage breakfast platter for my fiancé and decided I’d try the new sausage everything sandwich combo. I didn’t want to eat while driving so I waited until I got home. Once I made it home I proceeded to warm my food up and when I opened my bag I see not only did I not have the bread I was expecting to get (everything coated) but I didn’t even have the sandwich at all that I ordered. I had an egg biscuit. Mind you it’s almost noon so by the time I make it back to Laurinburg breakfast will be over. I figure I’ll be optimistic, so I go ahead and warm my egg biscuit and hash rounds and just call them to inform them about the mishap. I’ve called several times and it’s sending

Four stars for the food because one out of the two days I visited I was given an old biscuit even though they JUST pulled fresh biscuits out. One star for service for the following reasons. Our first visit here was very hectic, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy. It took the cashier multiple attempts to get my order right. I kept having to go back to the cashier to get things corrected and it took about 45 minutes for them to give me a plain sausage biscuit. To the cashiers credit, she did offer us a free large hash round which was a nice gesture. On day two, about three days later, it wasn't busy at all, they had about half the kitchen staff working, and it still took about 25 minutes for a simple order. Manager on duty was cashier she was awesome and food was fresh and hot
