Hardee's

Not one time in over 2 years have I visited this location and the order been correct. The food is often cold and that’s if your lucky enough to get what you ordered. If the drive thru hasn’t a single vehicle in line it is stainless a “pull over to the side” and 20 minutes later they’ll bring the wrong Oder and run back inside forcing you to enter the restaurant to get the order corected

The young girl that works in early morning is rude. She acts like it’s a burden for her to wait on you. This is why businesses are going with kiosks and Ai, doing away with having employees because it’s hard to find good help. It use to not be like this. The older lady that use to work here always greeted you with a smile on her face and was happy to help you. Bring her back! If she’s retired then let her return to train this young, rude girl. … Then my ham biscuit was terrible. I think it was thrown in the microwave and heated up. This will be my last visit at this location.

went thru drive thru last night service person very rude waiting 20 minutes in drive thru rather a park spot in front of it for a cold fry and watery tea asked to speak to a manager was told one is not available poor poor service

Ordered me and my wife a double cheese burger and hot ham and cheese with fries. Took a while for order to be ready and figured it be hot but fries were cold not good, cheese burgers were cold and hot ham n cheese were cold. I asked attendant if they just made these and she said yes but there was no way with them being cold. Will not be comming back to Hardee's in kingstree because either the attendant lied to us or the grease ain't hot and the grills are not hot so my conclusion is we were lied too

25 Minutes Wait on your food you ordered on inside service. Cooked Chicken Not Available on rack. I ordered Dine-In & Was Given a Take Out Bag! Order was screwed up! 4 Customers Got Tired of Waiting in line. They couldn't handle After Church Crowd!
