Hardee's

Tammy provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly takes pride in her work and is a model employee for others to emulate. Great experience! She’s the reason I and many others return to this location!

We lost our Hardee's in Springfield Ohio and my bf and I kept talking about how we missed their breakfasts. We came today and we're so happy we did. The Biscuits were perfection the 3 man crew with the Morning Manager kept things running so smoothly during the breakfast rush. Polite and Awesome customer service. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Top notch staff!!! We will be back!!!!

Well things have gotten a little better over the years but I still think they need to close the place. I mean why is it every time I get a biscuit sandwich it's smashed and why is 9 out of 10 times when I get any form of a potato it is barely warm

We have been to this location several times. We went through the drive thru today and last week as well as other dates, and the woman at the window (younger Caucasian with long braids) acts like she hates her job. She has zero personality. People like her shouldn’t work in customer service and definitely not at a drive thru window. The older lady there is much friendlier and always has a smile on her face. You should reconsider who you let work at the drive thru windows. The food has always been good but the poor service outweighs the good. I will not be returning to this location for a while.

Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing! The orders are always right, especially if you get Tammy! She’s amazing, she doesn’t miss anything!
