Hardee's

This place needs help. One person cannot run the show. Waited at counter for a while because only 1 person covering the orders. Then someone else just walks up and places their order and I’m still just standing there. I’m not going to be confrontational over a damn sandwich so I will take my business elsewhere.

10:30 Why on earth would you guys keep the up a breakfast menu but not serve breakfast? The staff is super rude I think they just make the decision to switch from breakfast to lunch when they feel like it. It makes no sense that it would be programmed to just stay up while lunch is being served. I asked my husband to ask if they at least have hash browns left and the rude lady in the picture completely ignored him. You guys earned this review due to her rudeness! Then the cooks walks by smelling so bad that I’m happy I didn’t get anything. Do you guys not require staff to maintain hygiene? There’s showers on sight. The only person doing their job properly was the nice lady with dark hair preparing the showers. Overall this love sucks tremendously , we will avoid this disgusting location al

Stopped at Love's to get gas and decided to grab a quick meal to return to the road. Hardee's is usually okay, so we went for it. It took longer than normal to get two burgers and fries. The burger buns were hard as rocks, and the fries were cold. A few more people were in line, so we just tossed it and left. Should have read the reviews first. Thank goodness the young male cashier was nice.

Stopped in at this Loves truck stop at 10pm on Saturday night for dinner at Hardee’s. Guess what? They’re already CLOSED! Not even open late, much less 24 hours? What a joke!

Slow service as usual. 20 minutes from ordering to table (dine in) SW patty melt with no cheese of any kind... you know the "melt" part of the patty melt. Wasn't notified of cheese "issue" until I took 1st bite and saw none. Notified individual at counter. "Ya, sorry. We are out of it." Never even put yellow slice of cheese on it. Customer should be notified when ordering if the order cannot be completed to spec's. No compensation or adjustment made to bill or order. As a local resident of this town, it is widely thought that this "fast food" restaurant is the worst choice an individual could choose in this town. This Hardee's routinely promotes and reinforces that thought.
