Hardee's

Came to this location around 12:30 pm waited in line over 20 minutes the finally manager came to the intercom and told us to hold a minute vwitch took about 15 minutes before she took our order then had to go part and wait for our food about another ten minutes customers were coming out arguing about the service saying not want they problem she has to come to work there service is horrible so bad the police had to be out there and alot of customers left without food il they need new manager a sap I'm never coming back again. Didn't give no napkins and french fries was very hard burger was ok I guess drank not much ice they need to shut down for a few months and come up with a better plan

Had uncomplicated app order for drive thru. 3 cars until I get to windows & asked to put up & park. Waited 7 minutes. Employees were very nice.

We got the 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides. The chicken was OK. The mashes potatoes were good. The gravy? Brown liquid - good flavor, but the consistency of water. The green beans though.. those.. really there aren't words. They looked unappetizing, I've included a photo. But honestly they look great compared to how they tasted. It tasted like they cleaned the bottom of the fryer and put the sludge in the green beans.

This place needs to be shut down it has poor customer service, poor cooks, they seem to be rude to every customer. Even if you placed your order for pick up and way ahead of time you have to wait for half an hour. This locations is the worst. Please corporate shut this location down. You have so many better location that make more money than this one.

People in there are lazy & always rude except for maybe 2 people. They act like they don’t wanna take your order & happy to tell you when they are out of something & move terribly slow! I will not be visiting Hardee’s in Enfield ever again!
