Hardee's

For years Hardees had always been one of three chains that I opted for when I craved a fast cheap meal. I had not been to a fast food place in a few years. I decided, on a whim, to get a small mushroom swiss burger(smallest patty they offer) combo. I about passed out when they told me it was $12.50. The burger was ok, the fries were cooked pretty good but about 15 fries short of a full box. I wrote to corporate and all they wanted me to do was sign up for a rewards program. I did a deep market research for supplier cost to make that meal including markups, fees and taxes. It came to around $6.00 generously. So, whats the other $6.50 for? I wrote back to corporate with this info and its been 7 days and they still dont have a response. You guys are cooked. Was a good run.

Always head to this Hardee's on my way home several times per year to get a Mushroom Burger. (We no longer have a Hardee's in our vicinity). To my surprise the place is much cleaner than in the past. I was served by "Dante" within 15 seconds of arriving at the counter. He was friendly throughout, well groomed in appearance and asked me to be seated and that my food would be brought to the table. My food was brought to the table be a friendly lady within 5 mins. Im still on the fence about the change in fries. But everything else was much improved over previous years. I'm not sure if Dante is a manager at this time, but he should be. His demeanor, appearance, and work ethic is a huge asset to Hardee's Corp. I do not fill these surveys out very often. Been going here at least once a week for the Super Bacon Breakfast Biscuit, delicious! I usually have the same young lady wait on me, her name is DAE. She’s such a great joy- professional, polite, friendly and goes out of her way to accommodate my wishes! I’d hire her in a minute! Keep up the good customer relations!!

We headed to the beach early to beat the traffic, and on the way, stopped at this spot without really knowing what we wanted. Jasmine at the drive-thru was incredibly helpful and knew the menu inside and out. Her warm smile and awesome service made our morning! And oh my god—the breakfast biscuit was so good, milkshake and the cinnamon roll!!! Hands down the best we’ve had!

Got chicken tender wrap meals and they charged me for honey mustard dipping sauce this time? Gotten the same thing many times and have never been charged extra for dipping sauces. Burger was also half thrown together.
