Hardee's

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers in the drive thru. I received 2 single burgers. My fault for not checking before leaving the drive thru. Also, the burgers were squished flat, and ketchup had been put on both buns of each burger in ABUNDANCE, and was squishing out the sides and was all over the buns. It was disgusting! The worst part was, I was the ONLY customer in the drive thru and in the lobby at that time, so no reason for my order to be messed up so badly. The manager made so many excuses as to why my burgers were not doubles as shown on the receipt, and why they were assembled so poorly with so much ketchup. I will never go there again.

I would normally give this place a 5 star rating. However, I drove thirty minutes out of my way just to get some ham biscuits this morning….on a Sunday morning….and they ran out earlier and will not have any more until tomorrow. On a weekend, you run out of ham. Funny thing is I heard at least three other people order ham in front of me and as I left the parking lot. Obviously, one of the most popular menu items you have and you can’t keep it in stock. And that’s why you get 3 stars

Ordered my food got to the window it literally took them 15 minutes to bring me my food the employee looked un clean and move very slow an all had a bad look on there faces except for the lady at the window. I opened a spicy chicken sandwich it was the worst sandwich that I had in my life it was over cooked a the chicken was the size of a chicken nugget. Fries was like eating chips also over cooked I give this place 1 star because they just in there for a check I do not recommend nobody spending their money with them you will be very disappointed paying for that over price food with bad customer service.

Went through the drive through and there was a fairly long line. However the wait wasn’t long. When I got the the window the manager was super nice friendly and helpful. My onion rings had just been dropped and she let me know that was what we were waiting for. Even in the cold she quickly went on to help the person behind me ( very proactive). Hot ham was a little cold but I didn’t eat it right away so that could have been my fault. Onion rings were hot. All in all a great drive through experience.

I went twice this week and this lady and gentlemen were the sweetest even though there were alot of people behind and in the lobby and my food was wonderful. Thanks to will and Shyanne and there cooks even though there were two they still got it out fast they look like there were struggle just for the two people but they had the wonderful food I had.
