Hardee's

We travel for work and unfortunately hit up fast food places more than we’d like To admit in our busy lives, however not one has ever matched the customer service to this place. If I stop by early morning I’m always greeted with smile, positive energy and respect. By far the friendliest and most respectable fast food workers we’ve ever dealt with! Like so much so they need award for it!!! (Can’t speak for later shifts as I don’t know) but morning shift knocks it out the park!

I asked for a double cheeseburger and asked again when she gave me my order. She said yes it was a double. Clearly it was not and my fries were cold. First time I've been disappointed here. They asked for me to come back a little too far to drive back. Didn't ask my name to write down for next time I went in. Very very disappointed. Let's get on the ball people, we pay for what we order not to get something else. Really bad.

Sold me a coffee, then said they don't sell coffee after a certain time. Got butthurt when I didn't want a soda. Made a watered down nasty cup of coffee that tasted like they used the old grounds from that morning. The cinnamon rolls were old. You'll know the taste and texture if you've ever microwaved an old roll or stale bread product. There was basically no icing. I put more toothpaste on my toothbrush than there was icing on these cinnamon rolls. Saw an employee grabbing a fist full of chicken tenders with his greasy mitts with no gloves on. The drink counter water gross. I was in a great mood until I dealt with this. All I wanted was a couple of cinnamon rolls and a cup of coffee. What a massive disappointment. I won't be coming back.

I've given this place so many chances. The food along with service is sub-par. If you like cold burgers and fries, this is the place for you!

Ordered via app. Firstly, out of onion rings. Secondly, long wait. Then to top it all off, when we sit down at home to eat, the burgers had mold on the top of the buns and the fries were cold. Never again. Check your food or they may kill you.
