Hardee's

Tarah gave outstanding customer service. Everything for our order was absolutely perfect. She was such a delight. I hope that her boss sees this and gives her a raise. The entire staff was on point with service. Will most definitely return!!

I don’t typically leave reviews when I go through drive throughs but I’ve been visiting this Hardee’s location very frequently in the mornings before work and truly Molly deserves so much recognition. She’s cheerful and sweet. My mornings are always so much better after seeing her. The food is great too but hands down if service was bad I would go out of my way to find another place. She deserves a raise and a plaque for her customer service skills I feel like she came out of the womb ready to make people smile. 😊

The main reason for this review is because of a woman named Molly, who works the drive-through window at the Hardee’s on State Street in Bettendorf. I don’t think Hardee’s realizes what a gem they have and if they’re smart, they will make sure they pay her appropriately. Customer service does not exist anymore and finding somebody that truly goes out of their way to make sure that you have a smiling face and a warm greeting is more than I can say for most people. If Hardee’s is smart, they will make sure they take care of her the way she takes care of them.

Ms Molly was the best customer service I’ve seen especially when it was 5am in the morning! She went above and beyond and Hardee’s should be overly grateful to have her!!!! You can’t find people like her these days!!

This is a fast food restaurant that takes pride in serving their customers properly. Every time I stop here my food is always fresh and my order is done right!! You can just tell the staff here enjoys serving the customers. I would highly recommend this Hardee’s with a 5 star rating!
