Hardee's

I came to the drive thru and wait several minutes before my payment was taken and I was given my drink. I ordered 3 burgers. At this point the young girl with purple and blue dyed into her hair hasn’t made eye contact with me again and it was 15 minutes before she handed me my food with an unenthusiastic “sorry about your delay.” At no time during my wait did she offer an explanation on the delay.

Hardee's Adairsville. The lady on the drive thru was rude. Every time I ordered something she would is that all. I ordered two Big Hot Ham and Cheese. As you can see from picture it is not big at all. Barely any ham on it. When I got to window the lady never acknowledged me until she came to get money and hand food. While sitting at window I watched some random guy who looked like he hadn't showered in 3 weeks in regular clothes go behind counter. He reached his hands in ice machine and grabbed some ice. Any time I have drove by this Hardee's there is never anyone there. With this experience I can understand why.

Ordered biscuit and gravy , hash rounds, and a loaded omelet biscuit during this visit. While eating the gravy I found a hair in it🤢 I am black woman with curly hair so I know this isn’t mine. Customer service at the window was okay. Also the hash rounds tasted funny and ketchup tasted disgusting. Not

We had a nice time here! The staff at the front was very patient with us, since we haven’t been to a Hardee’s in years and weren’t as familiar with some of the menu. They even told us their favorites and gave us some recommendations for my wife and me. They seemed genuinely invested in us having a good dining experience with them. Although we didn’t sit down and eat in the building, the dining area was clean and we watched one of the staff wiping the table and sweeping up trash from straws within 30 seconds of a table of guests finishing their meal and getting up to leave. We’ll definitely favorite this spot and stop by again the next time we’re hungry and in the area!

One of the great things about living in a smaller town is the relationships you make with local businesses. My family frequents Hardee's every week or so, and we know some of the employees and they know us. Both the employees and the manager go out of their way to provide hot food and great service. I am a huge fan of their breakfasts!
