Harborside Suites at Little Harbor

This place has so much potential if they just put the money to upgrade the building and surrounding areas. The views of the marina and private beach were absolutely stunning. The pool/sitting area was great for a drink or sunbath. But our room needed serious help. Stained sheets, comforter. Broken coffee maker. Dirty fixtures and carpet. Beds are very uncomfortable, and not supplied with a good amount of bedding. Expect a 45 minute drive to the surrounding beaches. The front desk was professional and very helpful. The rating I gave could easily go up if they just invested the money back in the property.

First. The hotel was beautiful! Clean, nice big rooms, and beautiful views. Its location is prime. Second, praise to the staff. I have a big family....and we all are horribly loud people. But they allowed us to be outside in the pool area until 2 in the morning. We know we were annoying, and tried to keep ourselves in check, but the staff was really cool about everything. This is a great spot for a nice weekend. Small couple or big family, doesn't matter, you're going to have a great time.

I have never started a review about the housekeeping but their housekeeping was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day, new towels, etc. . The attention to detail from housekeeping was what struck me. Everything was in place, clean, perfect. The whole facility is fresh, looks like new rugs and paint. People are helpful and pleasant. Quiet with great views over the Marina. Would certainly recommend!

Very disappointed with our stay this weekend. Parking garage was gross with trash every where and just bags of towels by the entry door to get to the elevator. But it gets worse. Host was not a great help or friendly. The hall ways and elevator smelt so gross and the carpets were gross and sticky. Our room was no treat. Seems like they only do a spot clean to the rooms. There was left over trash in our room, stain on towels, curtains and sheets. There were shells from nuts and sunflower seeds all over the place. Doors and the drawers never fully closed in the room. The place was just dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable. Did not sleep well. Toss and turned all night. The pillows were also very small too puffy too much cotton in them. We left as soon as we woke up. When we checked out

The grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful. The buildings from the outside look great but the rooms could Definetly use some help. All the furniture is old and worn and the living room furniture is far from comfortable. 2 of the coffee cups were broken and dangerous. The stove did not work well. If they spent a little money on the inside of the units...it would be a 5 star. Right now 4 stars is generous.
