Harbor Inn Seafood

Fish smelled beyond fishy like it wasn’t soaked whatsoever 🤮 but all other foods including Cole slaw was delicious. I blessed others with my doggy bag of leftovers and they ate it 🙌🏽.

So usually this is our favorite place to eat, but recently lynchburg has gone downhill, so first off the hostess was polite and nice, the issue we had was the waitress we got she was not friendly at all, as soon as she got our drink order didn't introduce herself at all, shee rushed our food order we hadnt even looked at our menu yet, she didnt check on us but 1 time the whole time we were there, she also didnt bring me the cracker for my crab legs I had to stop her and ask for them she acted like that was a problem, I didnt get my corn that I ordered with my meal, also she brought our food out along with carry out boxes and basically tying to say hurry up, she conversated with the folks behind us and around us but acted like we were an issue to be seated in her area, my husband didnt get

Awesome food. My wife had the honey glazed salmon and I had the stuffed flounder. Both were absolutely delicious. The clam chowder was great on a cold evening too. I highly recommend you order online or call ahead as they are popular.

Had wonderfully attentive server. She made sure all was to our liking and even added cocktail sauce and tartar sauce to our to-go boxes when we couldn't finish. We got the platter for two, and we love seafood, but the portions are VERY generous! So, we really got two lunches for the price of one. Their fried clams are always perfectly cooked! Fried fish was flaky and moist. Though the building is dated, it's clean. Kudos for serving salads on cold plates. Lots of more expensive restaurants fail on that point!

I had been thinking of going for a visit to Harbor Inn Seafood, I started to read other reviews. I found enough recent reviews to jog my memory and change my mind. It seems either hit and miss or some are just easy to please. I will be getting other food tonight
