Haraz Coffee House

Place is really beautiful but I feel like the food could use some improvement. I just don't find the quality of food to match the asking price of each items. The bread and other stuff does not taste fresh at all. Service was really slow and they come to the table one by one. Service crews were polite and nice though, I have nothing bad to say about them. Place is really clean and honestly it does look best around the area. Also I wish they would have options for different drink sizes not just a single size for a smoothie. I really think that this place could use a really good pastry chef and add on the menu some newly made sandwiches. There is always room for improvement. Must visit though.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. Staff is wonderful and respectful, kind and have excellent customer service. Dad and I met Emaan who was our cashier and she has excellent customer service skills. She spoke with great eye contact, paid attention to detail of our order and kept a smile on her face all the way through. I always look for that and that makes my stay at any place longer and enjoyable because I felt comfortable. I give Eman 5 stars for the excellent customer service skills. Great job Eman! I hope I spelled your name right. Good luck to you in your Accounting Degree! 😃. Btw, we ordered and kept ordering lol. Food is great and so are the drinks. Beautiful ambiance, really great coffee & matcha, and the pastry selection is abundant. They offer savory & sweet pastries that are not too sweet. Great customer service as well, they’re so friendly. I ordered the pistachio matcha & lemon mousse pastry, both were incredible.

We came to Haraz Coffee House for my birthday, and had the best experience! We ordered the eggless strawberry cheesecake, pistachio latte, mocha latte, adeni tea, and some other items. All of them tasted absolutely amazing, with great flavor. The ambience is just so incredible, very picture worthy! The staff, especially Abdul, were very kind, patient and caring as they helped us as we have never been here before, and made my day! We definitely will be coming back!

The coffee is next-level: bold, smooth, and full of natural sweetness from those 100% Yemeni beans. I went for the **pistachio latte** and OMG, it was unreal – creamy, nutty perfection with just the right balance of sweetness. Hands down one of the best lattes I've ever had! The pastries and desserts? Chef’s kiss! The cakes and honeycomb treats were fresh, indulgent, and paired perfectly with everything. Service was super friendly, and the place was buzzing with great energy. If you love unique coffee experiences, specialty lattes, or just want something different from the usual chain, Haraz is a MUST-try.
