Happy's Pizza

I I am here to edit the review below as follows: Tiara From the Saginaw store called me today after I left the review. The review was very honest, and so was her apology. She’s sounded like a very sincere person and a sweetheart as well. She promised to make it right with me by refunding my order, which I did not want to do because I do eat a lot of fast food.and had never had this happen with Happys before. In lieu of that, she has promised to give me the same order again when I get ready to order it. I’m glad that we got this taken care of because I love to keep our businesses open in Saginaw when we get them, because Lord knows we need them. The owner reached out to me the day after I posted my unhappy review and he politely apologized. He replaced my whole order for free. I appreciate an owner of a business that can take the time to correct the problem as well as willingly do what ever it takes to make the customer feel appreciated. Thank you to the owner for listening and caring enough to make this old lady feel good.

ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT I PLACED AN ORDER ABOUT 9:00 PM I ORDERED THE HAPPYS SALAD I WAITED THE DRIVER CALLED N TOLD ME HE COULDN'T FIND THE HOUSE MY GRANDDAUGHTER WENT ON THE PORCH HE SAID HE SAW SOMEONE ON THE PORCH I SAID THAT WAS IT NEVER CAME OUT DIDN'T COME TO THE DOOR IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS OUT OF IT THEN HE SAID HE WAS PARKED AT THE CORNER MY GRANDDAUGHTER CALLED HAPPYS N TOLD THE WOMEN WHAT WAS HAPPENING SHE KEPT TRYING TO HURRY UP N HANG UP WHEN THE DRIVER CALLED BACK WE ASKED HIM IF HE COULD GET ANOTHER DRIVER HE SAID YES HE WAS VERY RUDE N SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS ON SOMETHING I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM HAPPYS FOR A LONG TIME N I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM I GOT MY SALAD ABOUT 10:00 PM BY THEN I COULDN'T EAT THE DRIVER N THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE I DONT THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK ANY TIME S

They replaced the pizza. The owner was very nice. The pizza was a lot better but a light on the cheese.

I ordered 3 piece chicken tender and they were as small as a potatoes wedge like mini lids size the ranch was so watered down it literally was not even ranch any more. I spent $30 on garbage. The owner obviously does not care about the quality of the food, service or customers who spend there hard earned money on his trash. So disappointed and feel disrespected as a customer! This was my first time trying them too. I defiantly do not recommend wasting your money on this pizza place.
